WHO ARE THE MEMBERS
OF THE FORUM?
IMIF, the International Maritime Industries Forum is a unique
combination of International Shipowners, Shipbuilders, 'Users'
(e.g. Oil Companies) and Bankers, plus other interested
organisations, such as Insurers, Classification Societies,
Maritime lawyers and Accountancy firms, etc, drawn from 28
countries. In addition, a number of National and International
Organisations maintain Observer status.
The influence of the Forum in the international maritime world is
recognised by governments and its opinion on various topics is
regularly being sought by major inter-governmental bodies such as
UNCTAD, the OECD, the EEC and by individual
